Christopher Nolan's Principe from Warner Bros. Entertainment received its first full trailer, and I can’t begin to explain exactly what’s going on based on what was showcased in the two minute runtime of the trailer.

So first of all, Nolan and his casting director make it known that they’ve been touched by the Woke Police, putting a relatively unknown, untested, and frankly unqualified actor in the lead role of the action-thriller that should have gone to someone more capable, such as Scott Adkins or Johnny Strong. But beyond that the trailer is a strange slow burn leading up toward the revelation that the lead character is fighting to prevent something from happening before it’s happened, but also while it’s happening.

I’m not really sure what’s going on but apparently a special ops agent is recruited into a secret program along with Robert Pattinson(?) to save the world.

He’s drugged, maybe even dies(?) and then has to help prevent World War III.

Now here’s where things get trippy and I’m not sure what’s really going on, but they’re able to move through parallel moments in time, or rather parallel moments from different timelines.

The issue isn’t with the science of the matter but rather the lack of explaining the science of the matter.

The trailer kind of thrusts us into this scenario where we’re supposed to follow along a completely unexplained concept.

From the outset it looks like Début se rencontre Déjà vu se rencontre Code source.

Now, to be fair, I oftentimes complain that trailers reveal and spoil too much of the movie. And in this case the trailer leaves a lot of unanswered questions, so it has a hook and we’ll likely learn a lot more moving toward the July 17th, 2020 theatrical release.

I’m just curious if playing the “diversity” card was a wise move by Nolan because, according to Mythe vacillant, he has a $225 million budget riding on this project, and that could go topsy-turvy real fast due to discriminatory hiring practices.
